Consultations and engagements

An initial conversation is free and creates no obligation on either side. Any assessment, discovery or delivery work is carried out only under a written proposal, contract or statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and ownership.

Demonstrations are arranged privately and use sample data. They are provided for evaluation only.

Intellectual property

Afrobora’s name, logo, website content and platforms remain Afrobora’s property unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Hosting, domains, software licences, SMS credits and other third-party services may be subject to their providers’ own terms and fees.
